Senior Engineering Manager  – Field Based
£45,000 – £55,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Permanent | 37.5 hrs | Monday–Friday

Are you an experienced Dental Engineer looking to step into a role with more responsibility, autonomy, and opportunities to mentor others? This is an exciting chance to join the independent biomedical engineering provider, supporting healthcare organisations across the country while helping develop a growing dental engineering team.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on servicing, commissioning, and repairing a wide range of dental equipment, while also playing a key part in supporting and developing fellow engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to influence training, raise service standards, and help shape a dedicated dental training facility at HQ.

If you enjoy a mix of hands-on technical work, team development, and delivering outstanding customer service, this role offers the perfect blend.

What You’ll Be Doing

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment across multiple contracts
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to a team of dental engineers
Ensuring engineers are fully trained, supported, and equipped
Helping to develop and enhance the dental training area
Ensuring high standards of service and regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with dental equipment: chairs, sterilisers, delivery units, air/water systems, and electrical elements
Confidence in providing technical advice and supporting quotations
Great communication skills for working with both engineering teams and client contacts
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and ISO14001:2015 quality systems
A proactive approach, strong organisation, and attention to detail
IT literacy, including Microsoft Office What’s On Offer

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)

23 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with length of service to 28 days)
