OEM Sales Engineer - Medical Devices

Location: UK-wide (with travel)

Our client is a market leader in turnkey manufacturing systems and proprietary processes for medical device OEMs, trusted by some of the most innovative and respected names in the sector. As their exclusive recruitment partner, we're seeking a driven OEM Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in expanding customer accounts while spearheading new business growth.

This is a high-impact position where you'll balance strategic account management with business development, directly contributing to our client's ambitious 3-year growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of key OEM accounts, building lasting relationships as the primary contact for enquiries, RFQs, and projects.
Spot and secure value-adding opportunities, converting them into long-term commercial partnerships.
Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.
Support the estimating, pricing, and commercial decision-making process with strong market and technical insight.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years in technical sales, account management, or business development, with medical devices/ life sciences OEM market sales experience.
A track record of successfully expanding key accounts and consistently closing new business.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Confident, proactive, and organised in managing multiple projects and stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
