Purpose of the roleThis is a non‑technical role within the UK&I J&J Business Intelligence & SFE team. The team is evolving into a strategic partner and proactive trusted advisor, directly driving business goals as part of our transformation journey. Our vision is to empower the organization to uncover and achieve key objectives, ensuring resilience in uncertain market conditions and enable success of strategic priorities.
We are looking for someone with sales experience who wants to leverage that expertise to drive high priority change management. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the sales organization to drive critical initiatives, change management and new ways of working (e.g., Sales Effectiveness). A perfect candidate will understand commercial needs/pain points and be able to co‑create/jointly problem‑solve with the organization to then drive change.


What To Expect



  • Project managing initiatives from discovery through to implementation
  • Proactively identifying business opportunities
  • Driving change management efforts by coaching RSMs
  • Crafting training materials and best practices
  • Supporting meeting cadences and governance processes
  • Analyzing SFE performance benchmarks and identifying common issues and mitigations
  • Facilitating cross‑franchise adoption and use of new tools and processes
