Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional ready to break into the booming aesthetic medical device space? This is your chance to join a market leader in advanced non-invasive treatment technology – with industry-recognised products, a supportive team, and a massive opportunity for growth.

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive existing and new business, selling a premium suite of capital equipment to Skin Clinics, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons. You’ll be supported by a dedicated marketing team providing warm leads and will own the full sales cycle — from first visit to close.

What You’ll Do:

·Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory

·Manage a 4–6 week sales cycle with high-value solutions (£50k–£100k)

·Sell to senior decision-makers in clinics and private practices

·Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to convert leads into deals

·Create and execute a structured sales plan with activity-based forecasting

·Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in aesthetic innovation

What You’ll Bring:

·A proven B2B sales track record, ideally with a focus on new business

·Experience in managing a field-based territory and planning your own pipeline

·A consultative, structured approach to complex sales

·Strong commercial acumen and an ability to manage longer sales cycles

·Drive, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset

·A full UK driving licence

Experience in medical, beauty, or aesthetics sectors is welcomed but not essential — attitude and performance matter more.
