  • Monday to Thursday working 6am-4pm

  • £13.31 per hour

    Responsibilities

  • Following instructions to assemble medical devices

  • Ensure that the necessary controls are in place to manufacture parts in line with documentation and specific requirements of the product

  • Ensure that the Cleanroom manufacturing area maintains GMP standards

  • Liaise with other operators to ensure controlled movement of raw materials and finished product from the cleanroom to the packing area via the airlocks

  • Produce R&D builds in line with business demands

    The Role

  • The purpose of the role is to work in the cleanroom at the St Asaph facility under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager and complying with cleanroom manufacturing standards

  • All production will use GMP standards to ensure that product meets clinical standards for future escalation to potential clinical manufacture – ISO13485 will be the standard used in all processes

    Skills

  • Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience

  • ISO 13485 background (desirable)

  • Able to work as a part of a small team and understand the specific needs of the variation in the build schedule

  • Good communication and written English skills

  • Confident completing paperwork accurately
