Bespak is looking for a New Product Senior Analyst for this permanent position on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £35k to £38k. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.

Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times.

As a New Product Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the compliant and timely launch of our new products. You will drive method development activities on Phase I, II and III/commercial products and method validation of methods, as well as transfer of methods from customers. You'll perform laboratory testing, including early phase development testing, evaluate data, and conduct in-depth investigations into any technical or equipment issues. Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting, coaching and training junior team members, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and championing adherence to the highest GMP and regulatory standards. Your expertise will be vital in problem-solving, method evaluation, and acting as a technical expert within the team and for external audits.

Bespak in Holmes Chapel is an Investors in People Silver Award-winning pharmaceutical CDMO with over 350 employees, currently going through a period of significant site expansion. We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (asthma inhalers) with greener propellants, meeting the evolving standards of the industry, while providing comprehensive development, manufacturing, filling, and finishing solutions for a range of medical devices, including SMIs, DPIs, nasal sprays, and medical check valves.

As a New Product Senior Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Drive method development programs.

  • Manage method validation projects.

  • Lead on method transfer activities.

  • Sample testing and investigations including stability programs.

  • Analysing complex data, using statistical tools.

  • Support, coach and train other team members.

  • Directing and implementing continuous improvements.

  • Support and deputise for the Team Manager as needed.

  • Acting as a technical expert for audits.

    New Product Senior Analyst, beneficial key skills and experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of analytical method development and validation and method transfers.

  • Expertise in QC concepts and GMP environment.

  • Proficient with LIMS, Quality, and MS Office systems.

  • Strong project and investigation ability.

  • Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Proven ability to train and influence.

    Holmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport. The National Parks of the Peak District, Lake District and Eryri (Snowdonia) are within easy reach. The village has a population of nearly 7,000 and offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, and a GP practice.

    This could suit someone who has experience as a Senior Method Development Analyst / Specialist, Senior Development Chemist, Senior QC Analyst, , Lead QC Analyst or New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality Manager. [AT1]
