THE ROLE

Based at the Warwick Hospital, The Medical Device Support Specialist will take on a customer support role supporting nurses, doctors and surgeaons with the ultimate responsibility for the on site support of a range of medical devices.

Responsibilities include:

  • The day-to-day management and support of various medical devices.

  • Provide client support in clinical areas to promote equipment functionality and use, enabling staff to concentrate on clinical care of patients.

  • Training and education of clients devices and/or services in client locations as determined by the facility requirements

    THE PERSON

    The Successful candidate for the role of Medical Device Support Specialist will ideally have experience of working in a healthcare environment either from within the NHS, Private hospitals or the armed forces including REME, RAF, NAVY. Any experience in medical procedures would be an advantage as would working with medical devices or sterile services. This role will suit a medic, graduate, health care assistant, theatre assistant/nurse, scrub nurse or medical sales person etc that is looking for a new exciting opportunity with great progression.
