Key Responsibilities:
Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site.
Deliver a maintenance service covering mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, pipework, plant rooms and AHUs.
Work with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
City & Guilds Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).
Prior experience in commercial environment maintenance.
Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
