A global manufacturer of specialist medical and dental devices is expanding its UK operation and is recruiting a Key Account Manager to support growth across the South East.

This Key Account Manager role is field-based and centred on consultative, direct sales to dental and surgical professionals. You will take ownership of a defined territory, building strong clinical relationships and driving sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined southern territory as a Key Account Manager

  • Focus activity on clients in and around the South East

  • Build long-term relationships with dental and surgical professionals

  • Deliver in-person product demonstrations and consultations

  • Advise customers on appropriate product selection based on clinical needs

  • Develop new business while managing existing accounts

  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets

  • Plan and prioritise territory activity effectively

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

  • Attend relevant trade shows and industry events

  • Represent the business professionally at all times

    Candidate Requirements

  • Proven field sales experience within medical, dental or healthcare sectors

  • Track record of selling to dentists, surgeons or clinical professionals

  • Strong territory management and pipeline planning skills

  • Confident presentation, negotiation and relationship-building ability

  • Consultative, customer-focused sales approach

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South

    Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £55,000

  • £30,000 uncapped OTE

  • Transparent commission scheme

  • £650 per month car allowance
