A growing medical technology business is seeking a commercially minded sales leader to help scale its global footprint. With recent investment secured and a breakthrough product in infection control, this is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal stage of growth and make a meaningful impact across international markets.


Your new company

A UK-based medical technology business developing advanced solutions for infection control and wound care. Recently backed by significant private investment and regulatory approval, the company is entering a growth phase with plans to expand internationally. Operating from a London-based site, the team values agility, innovation, and collaboration, offering a flexible four-day working week and a hands-on culture.


Your new role

You'll take ownership of international sales, managing distributor relationships and driving market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The role involves attending global industry events, supporting partners with training and motivation, and aligning sales efforts with internal product and marketing teams. Expect up to 50% travel and regular on-site collaboration when not on the road.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of international sales experience in medical devices
  • Proven success managing distributors and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling capital equipment
  • Experience working for a scale up / start up
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site when not travelling
