Full time, permanent role

Salary - £60-75,000

Only an hour by direct train from Edinburgh and a short walk from the station

Escape Recruitment have been appointed as the exclusive recruitment partner to Breathe Life Sciences, part of the Bioxyne group - a global research and manufacturing business specialising in alternative medicines, premium health supplements and novel ingredients. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Australia, the company operates across the UK, EU, Japan and Australia, supplying both established brands and new innovators. The move into Scotland marks the next stage of growth, with this senior appointment set to help shape the site, team and standards from day one.

The Opportunity

Take ownership of production at this new UK manufacturing facility, joining from the ground up. Lead operations, build the team, and ensure products are made efficiently and in line with GMP.

  • Play a central role in scaling from setup to full commercial release.

    What We're Looking For

  • Production management experience in pharma, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing.

  • Hands-on leadership style.

  • Experience with site setups or scale-ups desirable.

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
