NES Fircroft are recruiting a Global Data Specialist, to join a leading agricultural company dedicated to enhancing global food security. This role is based at our client's site in Bracknell on a 12 month contract.
 
The Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Data and Document Specialist to join our clients Global Regulatory Operations team. This pivotal role ensures regulatory compliance through the effective management of data and documentation across  global markets. You will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, supporting regulatory submissions, and aligning with global regulatory requirements and company standards. This is a global role with cross-functional collaboration across Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, and IT.
 
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess data management processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
Maintain data quality logs.
Manage uploads and imports of regulatory documents into Veeva Vault.
Conduct quality assurance checks and document cleanup for regulatory readiness.
Propose and implement data quality improvements based on best practices.
Provide technical support to the global regulatory community. 
Skills & Experience

BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline.
Minimum 3 years in data/document management within Regulatory Affairs (agricultural or pharmaceutical industry).
Proven experience with electronic document management systems and regulatory submissions (e.g., Veeva Vault).
