Evolve are partnering with a market-leading Pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. You’ll be responsible for all financial aspects of preparing and providing relevant information for the company stakeholders and ensuring all of the company’s financial and tax compliance obligations are met.

This is a full-time remote position commuting once or twice a month to our clients head office in Surrey.

Ideal Requirements for a Financial Controller

  • Ideally you will have experience in either Pharma/Medical Devices or Healthcare companies, although other industries maybe considered.

  • Ability to handle pressures of strict cost/time parameters and deadlines.

  • Fully qualified member of a recognised professional accountancy body with at least 5 years post qualification experience.

  • Superior attention to detail and committed to good corporate governance.

    Role Responsibilities for a Financial Controller

  • Preparation of management accounts.

  • Forecasting and budgeting with all departments and stakeholders in the company.

  • Overseeing of VAT, payroll tax compliance obligations and payroll administration.

  • Providing all aspects of support to the CFO in developing and implementation of financial strategy.
