An award-winning medtech and AI company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the eminent Founder, who is very busy balancing clinical work, academia, and innovation while leading a team of world-class AI engineers and clinicians.

We are seeking a top Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Founder across his clinical, academic, and commercial commitments, with added responsibility for project coordination and marketing. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, precision, and making things happen.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating travel (primarily UK, with quarterly trips to the US, Europe, and Saudi Arabia)
  • Gatekeeping and prioritising commitments to ensure Rameen’s time is focused and effective
  • Preparing presentations, meeting packs, and briefing materials
  • Attending and minuting meetings, circulating action points, and following up to ensure progress
  • Tracking and managing expenses
  • Contributing to marketing – producing social media content, researching topics, and writing articles
About You
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an EA/PA, ideally supporting at a senior level
  • Some marketing experience or qualification (social media, content writing, or campaigns)
  • Highly organised, methodical, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Reliable, engaged, and able to manage multiple priorities with calm efficiency
  • A natural communicator who enjoys building strong relationships
  • Interest in medtech, AI, or healthcare innovation is a plus
  • Someone who thrives on organisation, logistics, and ensuring projects run smoothly

Remote working with one day a week in Cambridge
