Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Support professional to join our Export team. This role primarily supports the EMEA market, covering and supporting the entire region.

Key Responsibilities:

Support EMEA distributor sales of our established interventional medical devices to new and existing customers.
Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export documentation.
Deliver exceptional customer service, working closely with a team of 6 in EMEA and 17 colleagues based in the UK.
Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills for various tasks.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the interventional devices market, or customer service within a manufacturing organization.
Strong communication skills, service-minded, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Intermediate-level in Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English (native speaker level); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.

Work Environment:

Based primarily at our Castle Donington site, with occasional work from our Burton on Trent offices.
Option to work from home 3 days over a fortnightly period.
