About my client - We’re a HealthTech business that delivers innovative clinical systems to NHS and private healthcare providers. Our solutions streamline operations and help improve patient outcomes. Now, we’re looking for a sharp and experienced Contracts Manager to join our Customer Sales and support team and directly support the Managing Director.

What You’ll Be Doing



Drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts (NHS T&Cs, G-Cloud, EULAs, etc.)

Supporting bids, tenders, and renewals with NHS and private providers

*

Ensuring compliance with NHS procurement rules and frameworks

Managing contract documentation and CRM records via Halo PSA

Providing commercial risk analysis, pricing input, and supporting sales activity

Handling contract amendments, audits, and updates across the customer base

Advising the business on regulatory compliance, including ISO, Cyber Essentials+, GDPR

Proactively identifying new frameworks and sales opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

*

5+ years in a Contracts Manager or similar role (ideally in healthcare/HealthTech)

*

Deep understanding of NHS procurement, contracts, and stakeholder management

Familiarity with ISO, Cyber Essentials+, G-Cloud, ICBs, and NHS frameworks

Excellent negotiation, commercial and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

CRM experience (Halo PSA or similar)

Detail-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or conferences

Bonus Points For:

Experience with bid writing, tenders, and framework submissions

Commercial strategy input and cost analysis capabilities

Background in an ITIL environment or SaaS company
