📝 Role Overview:

As a Compliance Officer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our laboratory and research activities meet regulatory and ethical standards. Your work will directly contribute to pioneering cancer treatments and patient outcomes.

💼 What You'll Do:
✅ Oversee compliance activities, including non-conformance investigations and CAPA management.
✅ Manage regulated documentation and contribute to maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS).
✅ Collaborate with expert teams to uphold GCP standards and regulatory requirements.
✅ Assist in developing SOPs and enhancing laboratory processes to drive research excellence​.

🎯 Who We're Looking For:

✔️ Qualifications: Science degree or equivalent experience.
✔️ Experience: Background in a GxP-regulated lab or clinical research environment.
✔️ Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and documentation abilities.
✔️ Knowledge: GCP regulations, CAPA processes, and QMS documentation.
💡 Bonus: Experience with LIMS or Q-Pulse software and a passion for cancer biomarker research​.
