About the Role:

STEM Recruitment Solutions is working on behalf of a leading science-based client to find a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Regulatory Affairs Administrative Assistant. This role provides key administrative support to the Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) team, with regular collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the QRA department.

Manage document control processes, including formatting, approvals, acknowledgments, and periodic reviews.

Assist in generating and reviewing labels, packaging, and instructions for use, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

Act as a central resource for QRA support and knowledge sharing.

Support communication using SharePoint, Teams, and the company intranet.

Participate in ongoing training and development.

Perform other duties as required, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Essential:

Strong literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills.

Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).

High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Desirable:

Experience in a scientific or technical environment.

Exposure to Quality or Regulatory Affairs within a GMP-regulated business would be advantageous.

Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.

Working hours:

The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times, provided core hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm are covered.
