Execute complex experimental workstreams from concept through to design transfer, analysing multi-factorial data and presenting technical findings to stakeholders. Apply Design for Manufacture principles to optimise product formulations and characterisation, while upholding GLP, GMP and GDP compliance in a fully site-based laboratory. Requires diagnostic immunoassay expertise, ideally with particle-based assays and fluorescent detection.
