Territory Manager - Urology

Inizio is working in partnership with a globally recognised specialist medical device organisation with a strong reputation in pelvic health, urology, and gastrointestinal healthcare solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a well-established business known for innovation, high-quality products, and improving patient outcomes across both NHS and private healthcare settings.

This role will be highly focused within hospital, theatre, and outpatient environments, working closely with clinicians and healthcare professionals across the urology pathway.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual with experience in medical device sales who is looking to further develop their career within the urology market.

The Role

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales across East Anglia. You will promote a specialist urology product portfolio, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver solutions that support improved diagnostics, treatment pathways, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within NHS and private healthcare environments
  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver product demonstrations, installations, and end-user training
  • Support exhibitions, marketing initiatives, and clinical events
  • Maintain accurate territory planning, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support wider business objectives
  • Support customers across hospital departments, theatre settings, and outpatient clinics

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical device sales role
  • Experience selling within the medical devices industry
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Requirements

  • Urology sales experience
  • Experience working within NHS hospital environments
  • Experience working within theatre and outpatient clinical settings
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset
