What You'll Do

Drive end‑to‑end product development - from first sketch to full‑scale manufacture
Develop concepts, system architecture, and detailed designs that raise the bar
Create top‑quality CAD models & drawings (SolidWorks)
Lead prototyping, testing, V&V, and design refinement
Ensure designs are manufacturing‑ready using DFM/DFA principles
Work within a regulated (ISO 13485) environment
Present ideas and progress clearly to senior stakeholders
Work with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to bring products to life

What You Bring

5+ years in product development or mechanical design
Experience with medical devices, regulated tech, or advanced consumer hardware
Strong project leadership and multi‑discipline collaboration skills
SolidWorks expertise (essential)
Great communicator - clear, confident, and persuasive
Strong understanding of plastics, sheet metal & electro‑mechanical assemblies
Organised, proactive, and obsessed with delivering quality
