Sales Fulfilment Manager

A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels, is recruiting for a Sales Fulfilment Manager to join a busy team in their Slough office on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Fulfilment Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive world-class service, while maintaining the highest regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, procurement, order processing, warehousing and logistics to ensure seamless fulfilment and exceptional customer satisfaction
Design and implement robust operational workflows that enhance speed, accuracy, flexibility and cost-efficiency
Maintain full compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, ensuring all activities align with legal, environmental and quality requirements
Lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks and embed a culture of innovation and complianceRequirements

Strong experience for a regulated industry in a similar role
Proven track record in supply chain and fulfilment management
Strong knowledge of quality, regulatory and ISO compliance standards
