Freelance Regulatory Specialist- 12 month contract


I’m partnering with a fast‑growing organisation operating at the intersection of regulatory affairs and technology. They are seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional who is interested in taking their expertise in a new, forward‑looking direction.

The Opportunity

This position goes beyond the traditional in‑house regulatory pathway.

Rather than overseeing compliance for a single manufacturer, you will apply your regulatory expertise to help develop technology‑driven compliance solutions that support a wide range of regulated industries. You will work closely with product and technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into structured, automated logic that drives an advanced compliance platform.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand regulatory intelligence systems across multiple sectors

• Translate regulatory requirements into workflows, automation logic, and structured rules

• Contribute to cross‑sector projects spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, chemicals, Bio tech

• Ensure regulatory content remains accurate, current, and aligned with market requirements

• Act as a subject‑matter expert through content development, webinars, and customer‑facing engagement


Ideal Profile

• Background in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance within Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices

• Comfortable navigating diverse product categories and regulatory frameworks

• Strong ability to digest and interpret new regulations and scientific topics quickly

• Analytical mindset with strong Excel proficiency

• Confident communicator who enjoys external engagement

• Interest in technology, automation, and process‑driven solutions
