Product Specialist / Territory Manager – Medical Devices (Homecare Infusion)
South East UK (Access to London) | £45–55K (Some negotiation) + 30% Bonus + Car/Allowance

We’re working with aglobally established medical devices organisation (40+ years, presence in 50+ countries) that is investing heavily in UK growth, particularly within therapidly expanding homecare infusion market.
The Opportunity
This is a unique hybrid role combiningclinical expertise and commercial responsibility, focused on driving adoption ofpremium infusion therapy devices across bothacute hospital settings and homecare pathways.
You’ll influence clinical decision-making at hospital level, then work closely withthird-party homecare providers to ensure seamless delivery of therapy into the patient’s home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drivingnew business and account development across your territory
- Influencingclinical stakeholders within hospitals (point of care)
- Collaborating withhomecare providers to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Sellingpremium products based on clinical efficacy and health economics
- Managing bothcapital equipment and consumables sales cycles

Who We’re Looking For
- Clinical background (e.g. nurse, clinician) combined withmedical device/commercial experience
- Exposure tosales, training, or clinical education in a commercial setting
- Aproactive, self-starting individual with the drive to influence and win business
- Strong ability to communicateclinical and economic value propositions
- Experience in infusion, homecare, or relevant therapy areas is advantageous
- Professional, credible, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence & flexibility to travel
