A well-known precision engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Operations / Manufacturing Manager to drive the business forward. You will lead continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, machine efficiency, and production performance while managing key operational functions. This is a senior leadership role for someone from a precision engineering background who can take the company to the next level.

Requirements:

Proven background in precision engineering
Experience in aerospace, defence/military manufacturing, automotive (high-end, motorsport, precision components), medical devices, precision instrumentation, electronics/semiconductors, high-precision tooling/injection moulding, or energy/turbomachinery/defence systems
Strong leadership and strategic skills
Track record in continuous improvement and production optimisation
Responsibilities:

Lead CI and Lean initiatives across the business
Manage machine efficiency and production processes
Support business growth and strategy
