M&E Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major new-build manufacturing facility project in Hull. This £27m scheme is focused on the construction of a state-of-the-art facility to produce medical devices.

Role Details:

• Full-time on-site role
  
  
• Reporting into the Senior Commercial team
  
  
• Responsible for MEP cost management, procurement, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting
  
  
• Strong focus on site-based commercial control during the delivery phase
  
  Candidate Profile:
  
  
• Proven experience in M&E Quantity Surveying
  
  
• Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
  
  
• Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
