MANAGING DIRECTOR

A well-established product business supplying international healthcare markets going through an exciting new phase of growth are seeking a commercially focused Managing Director to lead the organisation through its next stage of strategic development.

Reporting to the Board, the Managing Director will hold full P&L accountability and provide leadership across all areas of the business, including:

• Developing and delivering the strategic growth plan
• Leading commercial performance across domestic and international markets
• Driving operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain and customer service
• Building and developing a high-performing leadership team
• Identifying opportunities for product innovation and market expansion
• Managing relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners
• Ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and governance standards
• Creating a culture focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute leader with a track record of delivering growth within medical device or healthcare-related environment.

You are likely to bring:

• Previous experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, Business Unit Director or Divisional Managing Director
• Demonstrable P&L leadership experience
• Strong commercial and strategic capabilities
• Experience managing manufacturing and operational functions
• A track record of delivering growth through direct sales and distributor networks
• International market exposure
• Experience leading organisational change and business transformation
• The ability to inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams
