Maintenance Engineer

Location: Based in Chessington Site with travel to Various Sites
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
On-Call: Participation in an on-call rota

What You'll Do

Maintain and repair plant and machinery to ensure service delivery.
Oversee work of contract and service engineers.
Perform weekly tests on sterilisers/washers in line with CfPP standards.
Report machine cycle changes to the National Maintenance Manager.
Ensure machinery is serviced before quarterly/annual validation.
Schedule yearly validation of plant equipment.
Ensure compliance with Medical Devices Directive (MDD).
Maintain validation/calibration certifications for MDD registration.
Manage spare parts and tools inventory.
Carry out scheduled PPM maintenance and inspections.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and staff development.
Support the performance management system.
Travel to other sites as required.What We're Looking For

Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' engineering experience in Facilities or Manufacturing.
Mechanical or electrical qualification.
Full UK driving license (max 3 points).Why Join Us?
