Growth Partnerships Manager - Clinical Trials & Health Technology

Join Salve.Lab as a Growth Partnerships Manager to lead and expand strategic partnerships across the global clinical research and healthcare technology ecosystem. The role accelerates business growth through high-impact alliances with pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, clinical sites, and digital health platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial and clinical partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth across multiple geographies.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full partnership lifecycle—from initial engagement and value proposition design to contracting, activation, and long‑term relationship management.
  • Build strategic go‑to‑market plans that enhance adoption of healthcare and clinical trial automation solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business goals and clinical market needs.
  • Design and execute commercial strategies across key segments, including pharmaceutical companies, CROs, clinical trial sites, healthcare data providers, and research networks.
  • Represent the organization at international conferences, summits, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and foster new strategic collaborations.
  • Explore and define new channel opportunities and innovative business models to optimize revenue generation through partnerships.
  • Deliver internal training and cross‑functional alignment on partnership strategies, ensuring effective execution across teams.
  • Track and report partnership performance metrics, including revenue impact, deal progress, and KPI outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements in the clinical research, SaaS, and digital health industries.
Requirements
  • 5‑10 years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or strategic alliances within the health tech, SaaS, or clinical research sector.
  • Proven record of establishing and scaling partnerships that generate measurable commercial growth.
  • Solid understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem, including stakeholders such as sponsors, CROs, and sites.
  • Experience managing enterprise‑level negotiations and global partnerships across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to design joint value propositions and build trusted relationships with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in startup or growth‑stage environments, comfortable driving initiatives independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, STEM, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
