The Global Supply Planning Manageris responsible for leading and managing a team of global master planners to create and execute a single, optimized end-to-end global supply plan while creating a high-performance culture of continuous improvement. This position will manage multiple customer and network priorities, leveraging IBP/SIOP and S&OE processes through the effective use of SAP and Kinaxis Maestro, and will work with manufacturing factories to mitigate any gaps between demand and supply. The position will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain Planning, AWM.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and develop a team of Global Master Planners, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the creation and execution of the global end-to-end supply plan, ensuring the right balance of service, inventory, and cost.
  • Drive supply planning activities through IBP/SIOP and S&OE processes, leveraging SAP and Kinaxis Maestro to support effective decision-making.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Regional Planning teams to identify risks, resolve supply constraints, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Lead scenario planning and cross-functional discussions to evaluate trade-offs and optimise business outcomes.
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators, including inventory health, service levels (OTIF/LIFR), backorders, and schedule adherence.
  • Monitor and resolve gaps between demand and supply.
  • Continuously improve supply planning processes, systems, and network efficiency to enhance performance and reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What you will need to be successful?

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
  • Certifications: ASCM CPIM, CSCP or Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Experience in demand, supply and inventory planning, and solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain connections.
  • Previous experience managing and developing a team.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP/DRP, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing, coaching, and empowering teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Comfortable leading change and bringing people together to drive continuous improvement.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into practical business decisions.
