We're seeking a highly skilled Assembly & Repair Technician to join a leading aerospace organisation in Farnborough. This permanent role is ideal for someone experienced in working with fine, intricate components, particularly under magnification. If you have a background in watch repair, jewellery repair, electronics assembly, or similar precision work, this could be a fantastic progression into the aerospace sector.

Role Overview

As part of a specialist production cell, you will be responsible for:

Assembling, testing, and inspecting aerospace instruments to stringent quality standards
Carrying out detailed repair and refurbishment work using magnification tools
Supporting the manufacture and maintenance of precision indicators and instruments used in aircraft and spacecraft
Meeting quality, safety, and production targets within a regulated environment

Key Requirements

Proven experience working with small, delicate, or complex components (e.g., watchmaking, jewellery, electronics, medical devices)
Confident using magnifying equipment such as magnifying glasses or microscopes
Ability to pass a practical trade test during the interview process
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
