Customer Success Manager to join their Belfast team.

The Role The
Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, customer communications, invoicing, reporting, and administration. Working closely with customers, field-based teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, reports are accurate, and billing is completed on time.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Communication- Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and requests
- Respond to customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Support the resolution of issues relating to scheduling, reporting, and billing
- Build positive relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
Invoicing & Billing- Prepare quotes and final costings for recurring services
- Assist with monthly and ad hoc invoicing processes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all billing activities
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Support accounts receivable activities when required
Reporting & Quality Assurance- Review service reports for accuracy, completeness, and presentation
- Cross-check reports against scheduled work activities
- Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards before client delivery
- Coordinate report amendments and corrections with operational teams as needed
Operational & Administrative Support- Coordinate and schedule customer service activities and visits
- Provide administrative support to operational teams
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and workflow processes
- Raise purchase orders and support equipment sales administration
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Support office administration and facility requirements
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the wider team

About You Core Competencies- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach with excellent ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Technical Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable learning and using new systems, including CRM, scheduling, and billing platforms
Experience- 1–4 years' experience in customer service, operations, administration, coordination, or a similar role
- Previous experience with invoicing, reporting, scheduling, or customer coordination would be advantageous
