This forward-thinking organisation is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (React Native) to join their team and play a pivotal role in their digital transformation (Hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in London).

About You:

  • Proven experience in consumer-facing startups or scale-ups with revenue-generating applications.

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile and web application development.

  • Hands-on expertise with cross-platform mobile frameworks such as React Native or Expo.

  • Strong understanding of mobile software architecture across iOS and Android, including backend integration.

  • Ability to lead projects from inception and make critical architectural decisions.

  • Bonus: Experience in regulated sectors (MedTech, Finance, GDPR compliance).

    About the Role:

  • Play a lead role within a small, agile team, enjoying significant ownership and influence over product direction.
