As a Quality & Clinical Governance Director, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and overseeing clinical operations to ensure high-quality standards.
Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
Managing a team of Quality Managers.
Providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff.
Monitoring and evaluating clinical performance.

Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
Nurse Qualified with Valid or Lapsed PIN
Must have vast experience working at senior management level within the care home environment for Older Persons Nursing & Residential services.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement clinical policies.
Experience in driving quality improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with root cause analysis.
