Process Development Engineer - Medical Devices (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled Process Development Engineer for a contract role based in Cork, Ireland. This full-time contract position involves developing and improving processes for the manufacture of medical devices, specifically catheters. The role requires onsite engagement with state-of-the-art capital equipment to ensure high-quality output that meets stringent industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage expertise in process development engineering within the medical device sector.
Focused work on catheter production from concept through validation including IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification).
Designing and executing experiments using capital equipment to enhance product quality and efficiency.Necessary Skills & Experience:

  • Process Validation: Demonstrate proficiency in validating manufacturing processes as per regulatory requirements.
  • Capital Equipment Handling: Adept at operating advanced machinery used during various stages of device fabrication.
