Proven New Business Sales Success: 2-3 years of track record in field sales, consistently exceeding targets.

Hunter Mentality: Fearless in prospecting, persistent in follow-ups, and relentless in chasing opportunities.

Resilience & Grit: Thrives in the face of rejection, overcoming objections with strategic thinking and determination.

Consultative Selling Skills: Able to ask the right questions, uncover client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

Self-Starter & High Performer: Works independently, takes initiative, and has an unstoppable drive for success.

Ability to Influence & Build Relationships: Strong communication and negotiation skills to win over key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in medical, dental, or veterinary sales is highly desirable. However, we are also open to considering candidates with a strong competitive sales background from other industries such as software, recruitment, automotive sales, or similar fields — particularly those with experience in field-based, business-to-business (B2B) environments.

High-level Business Development Executives who are skilled at managing territories, creating opportunities, and building relationships will also be considered.

Confident, curious, and eager to continuously learn and improve.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle.
