As Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll take ownership of the organisation's revenue strategy, driving market expansion and building a high-performing sales and marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role perfectly suited to someone who thrives in growth environments and can combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a high-impact sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Build strong relationships with distributors
Lead major bids, negotiations and commercial partnerships
Work cross-functionally with Product and Operations to drive successful product launches
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
