THE ROLEAs a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding an established client base across Devon & Cornwall. Your role will involve:

Driving new business growth within private dental practices and specialist clinics.
Managing existing accounts, deepening relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Educating & influencing key decision-makers, including dentists, practice owners, and clinical teams.
Conducting product demonstrations & consultations, showcasing premium implant solutions.
Working autonomously with full support and ongoing training from a market-leading company.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a confident, influential, and commercially astute Field Sales Executive with experience in the dental, medical, or healthcare sector. You will have a track record of developing business, exceeding sales targets, and influencing clinical decision-makers.

3 years of proven field sales experience in dental, medical devices, or healthcare.
Understanding of the private dental or medical sector and how to sell high-value solutions.
Proven success in a consultative sales role, influencing key stakeholders and building strong relationships.
Hunter mentality – a driven, results-oriented approach with the ability to identify and close new opportunities.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a high-performing sales team.

Prior experience in dental implant sales is highly advantageous.
