  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (Hybrid), 37.5 hours per week
What We’re Looking For?

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Digital Health Team Lead to join our Information Technology Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary expert and support contact for assigned applications, including production, maintenance, change control and escalation resolution.
  • Work with the Digital Manager and Deputy Managers to prioritize and manage resolution of issues and projects.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and EHR management to ensure consistent, patient‑centric workflow and build integrity.
  • Participate in IT projects: planning, customer input, resource estimation, and complex process analysis.
  • Translate system requirements into functional specifications and deliverables.
  • Act as an initial point of contact and mentor for team members.
  • Identify and resolve complex incidents with minimal guidance.
  • Collaborate across clinical, business and technical teams to maintain system availability and performance.
  • Analyze workflow processes, recommend efficiency improvements, and document solutions.
  • Plan, schedule and manage multiple projects and support end‑user second‑tier support.
  • Stay current with industry developments and propose opportunities for the organization.
  • Coordinate and support Epic upgrades, including test planning and user training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration or related field (senior experience may offset this).
  • Holder of 1+ clinical EPIC application certification(s) in Inpatient or Outpatient/Ambulatory (Essential).
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in information system development (Essential).
  • Experience supporting a major clinical system in an analyst capacity (Essential).
  • Strong understanding of Epic modules, ancillary systems, and health system operations (Essential).
  • Experience working in an agile environment (Essential).
  • Annual mandatory training: new version training (NVT) and Application Essentials (AE) exams.
