As a Night Shift Decontamination Technician Supervisor, you will:

Lead and organise the workload of the decontamination team.
Perform daily sterilisation and decontamination tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Participate in quality control processes and ensure accurate documentation.
Motivate and work alongside your team to meet daily requirements.
Solve problems and allocate duties effectively.
