  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Manage a team of 10 Engineers in a Healthcare environment.
  
• Performing toolbox talks and organising reactive and PPM on AHUs, FCUs, Pipework and Plant etc.
  
• Work with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
  
• Maintain and build a strong client relationship.
  
• Monday to Friday, 1 in 6 On Call.
  Required Qualifications and Experience:
  
• Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).
  
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.
  
• Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
