    We are seeking a New Product Introduction & Commercialisation Manager to drive the successful launch of new products, with a primary focus on medical devices.
    You will be the primary knowledge point for all NPI, leading the entire end-to-end execution and commercialisation process from strategy through to market launch.
    What You'll Bring To The Team:
  • Extensive experience in large-scale project or programme management
  • Knowledge and experience working with medical devices, including launch processes and regulatory/legal controls
  • Proven success in prior medical devices launches into international markets is preferred
  • Cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
    What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and delivering NPI projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the creation and approval of technical documentation for medical devices
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans
  • Building out long-term commercialisation plans and supporting market access & commercial readiness.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving conflicts.
  • Mentoring and guiding your team.
