Job Function: Marketing – Product Management


Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across our Wound Closure & Biosurgery portfolios. This role combines market development, strategic execution, and team leadership to deliver highly impactful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead specialty expansion for Wound Closure into C‑Section and Plastic Surgery markets.
  • Develop and execute the Expand Product Adoption (EPA) strategy for the Biosurgery portfolio versus primary methods.
  • Own the Omnichannel marketing strategy for Wound Closure & Biosurgery, integrating digital, field, and educational channels.
  • Manage the Biopatch portfolio strategy, securing current customers and expanding into new clinical areas.
  • Lead inside sales strategy, coaching direct reports and driving incremental growth.
  • Provide performance measurement, KPI definition, and data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills


  • 5+ years of marketing experience in MedTech or healthcare, with proven success in strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing, sales enablement, and market development.
  • Effective communicator with clear, engaging presentation abilities.
  • Experience in team leadership, including managing direct reports.
