Evolve are exclusively partnering with a leading organisation, dedicated to improving patients’ lives through innovative Ophthalmic solutions. They are seeking a Marketing & Events Executive to join their team, and you’ll be responsible for playing a pivotal role in supporting peer to peer meetings, and congresses across the UK and Europe.

This is a brand-new opportunity created due to growth and demand, offered initially as a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

    Ideal Requirements

  • Ideally at least 2 years’ experience within events coordination and management.

  • Pharmaceutical, MedTech or Medical Comms backgrounds are preferred but individuals without this will also be considered.

  • Some experience with approval systems (such as Veeva) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms (such as Salesforce)

  • A strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry

  • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple business functions in a proactive, collaborative, and organised manner

  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics: Travel to key events and congresses across the UK and Ireland, providing hands-on logistical coordination and on-site support to ensure seamless event delivery.

  • Budget & Vendor Management: Support budget tracking, supplier coordination, and contract management to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of high-quality events.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of sponsored regional and national meetings, along with related promotional activities

  • Congress Participation: Assist the Business Co-ordinator in the planning and coordination of congress activities across Europe and the US, ensuring smooth execution and impactful presence at each event.
